POSITION SUMMARY:

Terra Nova Salon & Day Spa is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Associate for daytime shifts. This role is key to creating a warm, professional first impression for our clients while ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. This position is available for immediate hire.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a related role is an asset.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly customer-service oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Well-groomed, punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Team-oriented with a cooperative attitude.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients in person and by phone in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to maximize the schedules of Stylists and Estheticians.
  • Promote salon services, packages, and current promotions to clients.
  • Communicate appointment details and last-minute changes with service providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the salon’s database.
  • Assist customers with product questions and promote gift cards and special offers.
  • Maintain and restock the retail sales area, ensuring it is clean and inviting.
