Terra Nova Salon & Day Spa is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Associate for day shifts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Past experience in related area an asset
• Highly computer literate
• Excellent verbal, written, managerial and organizational skills
• Highly customer service oriented
• Well groomed, mannerly, co-operative, team oriented and friendly
• Punctual, reliable and professional in demeanour
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Willingness and ability to learn

  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: From $17.20 per hour
  Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (required)
• Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In perso

• Greet customers in person and on the phone.
• Efficiently schedule and book appointments to maximize schedules for stylists & Estheticians
• Promote all the services and promotions taking place within the salon to customers
• Communicate appointment bookings and last minute changes with Stylists, Estheticians
• Maintain up to date and records using the Salon’s customer database.
• Assist customers by answering product questions and promoting salon packages including gift cards.
• Stocking and cleaning the retail sales area
