POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re hiring a Front Desk Customer Service Executive who is warm, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, and a key support to our internal operations. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (other language skills are a bonus)
  • Friendly, patient, and confident communicator
  • Organized and responsible with good admin and computer skills
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic booking systems, and phone handling
  • Willing to assist in simple operational tasks as part of the team
  • Prior experience in front desk, admin, or retail customer service is a plus
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages in a professional, friendly tone
️ Follow up with customers for appointments, treatment reminders, and after-care support
Perform administrative duties: data entry, daily reports, appointment scheduling
Assist the sales team by keying in receipts, updating customer records, and processing backend support
Call and manage customer leads provided by the team
Support ad-hoc duties as needed — this may include making waffles, drinks, or helping with light outlet tasks
Provide excellent front-desk experience and build trust with every customer interaction
