We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at Fix Auto Collision in Canada. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and support as we help them navigate the collision repair process. Your contributions will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
• Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information about services offered and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote additional services through upselling techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required; Cantonese is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data entry systems is preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
