The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center is looking for positive, dedicated individuals to join our front desk customer service staff. Positions available are part-time weekday afternoons and evenings and weekend afternoons. This is an entry level position.

Front Desk Customer Service responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in person and over the phone with registration.
• Assessing customer needs and providing accurate information accordingly.
• Maintaining and balancing register drawer, including cash, check and credit card transactions.
• Guest check in.
