We are expanding and are looking for an experienced licensed Esthetician who will take on the dual roles: front desk and esthetician. We want you to build your book, have positive energy and grow our social media.
Outstanding sales skills as well as the knowledge to give guidance to clients about procedures and treatments.
Performance based bonus is available! This is a rewarding position for a motivated, individual who enjoys constant challenge.

Esthetician Duties:

• Educates guests about individual skincare and body care needs. Sells skincare products. Upsells peels, microneedling, botox, weight loss and more.
• Maintains clean and neat facial room; clean equipment ready for next shift. Maintains equipment and keeps inventory up to date
• Provides facial and body therapy following 4Ever Young protocols while maintaining the guest’s comfort level at all times.
• Ability to develop a strong base of returning clients.
• Wear black scrubs and always look professional

Front Desk Duties:

• Ensure all patient communications are addressed in a timely professional manor, including all repeat client marketing, new client inquires, emails, text, DM’s and phone messages.
• Manage appointment scheduling and injector schedules.
• Ensure patient’s safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care at all times.
• Be energetic - create media posts, assist with inventory. There is always more to do.
• Maintaining a clean, professional and organized work area and lobby
• Have a strong work ethic, communication, inter-personal skills and an ability to close sales and maintain business.
