We are seeking part-time Front Desk personnel for Lakewood Indoor Tennis Centre. We are Saskatchewan’s only dedicated indoor tennis facility and prioritize a friendly and professional customer service experience for all members and guests. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills along with front desk or administrative experience.
Required Availability:
1-2 weeknights from 4:30-10:30 PM, Saturday and/or Sunday 7:30 AM-1:30 PM or 1:30-8:30 PM (potential for more hours if available)
Start Date:
Depending on successful candidate’s availability and preference, this position can start between September 8-14
Job Description:
Front Desk duties will include, but are not limited to, reserving court times, booking private lessons, registering participants for group lessons and/or leagues, answering phones, cash outs, cleaning and organizing of the clubhouse and courts, assisting and attending to members and guests of the club.
Skill Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Proficient reading, writing and speaking English language
Experience:
- Customer service experience is required, front desk or administrative experience is an asset
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Sport minded person, and/or knowledge of tennis, is an asset
