Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, employees and candidates and maintaining a professional first impression of the office. Handle visitor access and registration, including coordinating entry requirements (e.g., OTP/security access). Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and basic administrative requirements. Provide basic administrative and coordination support to leadership when required. Manage interview logistics such as welcoming candidates, informing recruiters/interview panels, and coordinating interview rooms. Support recruitment activities during interview days and walk-in drives, ensuring a smooth candidate experience (lunch, travel coordination, general assistance). Assist with onboarding logistics for new joiners. Support employee engagement activities such as office events, celebrations and workplace arrangements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 3+ years of experience in front desk, reception or office administration roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming approach. Good organizational and coordination skills. Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders including employees, candidates, vendors, and leadership. Basic proficiency in MS Office and standard administrative tools.
