REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Administration, hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3 - 7 years of previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Close proximity to Ikeja is a plus.
  • Requires sitting for extended periods and occasional movement around the office.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests and staff.
