Hotel Royal Oak is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to join our front desk team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, guest interaction, and being part of a lively boutique hotel atmosphere. You’ll be the face of the hotel during our busiest and most social hours, checking guests in, assisting with requests, and helping create an energetic, welcoming vibe. Bartending experience is a plus, but not required, we’re happy to train the right person. What You’ll Do Welcome and check in guests with a warm, upbeat personality Handle reservations, guest requests, and phone inquiries Assist with hotel bar service during happy hour and evening hours Create a fun, social lobby environment for guests Provide local recommendations and concierge-style service Maintain lobby cleanliness and presentation standards Work closely with housekeeping and leadership team Support evening programming and guest experiences Hospitality-driven personality with strong guest service skills Hotel front desk experience preferred (not required) Bartending or bar service experience a plus (training available) Comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique hotel environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable and professional with a positive attitude Available 3pm–11pm, 4–5 days per week (Saturday-Wednesday) $17 an hour base with opportunity for growth Earn tips during bar service & programming Boutique, fun, music-driven hotel environment Supportive team Immediate opening available Work in the heart of walkable downtown Royal Oak
