Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Management of confidential personnel files.
  2. Process HR mail
  3. Serve as a resource to employees on HR policies and procedures
  4. Conduct an employee exit interview
  5. Update employee manual
  6. Assist in resume reviews and recruitment.
  7. Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
  8. Assist safety Director with administrative duties
  9. Reference checks.
  10. Assist in Benefit renewal process and company rollout
  11. Additional administrative duties as assigned

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proficient in Excel and some HRIS Software/databases (Foundations)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Superb communication with all levels of staff.
