As the face of our wellness facility, Hosts warmly welcome guests, introduce them to our wellness space, and ensure a memorable, rejuvenating experience. This customer-facing role supports daily operations including guest check-ins, tours, phone/email inquiries, and collaboration with various teams (facilitators, restaurant, maintenance). Hosts are expected to embody the calm and mindful energy of our spacce, with a strong passion for wellness and hospitality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year in customer service (wellness/hospitality a plus)
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Calm, empathetic, and guest-focused approach
  • Available mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
