Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Guest Service Agents, Communication Officers, Cashiers and Bellmans.
  • Provide good guest services to all guests making enquiries at the Front Office counters.
  • Escort VIP guests to their rooms and show them the facilities within the rooms.
  • Ensure keycards are returned and bills paid before releasing groups for checkout.
  • Assists all guests in their check out registration and make them feel comfortable at all times.

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Accommodation from SHATEC or local training institutions.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills in handling large group
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Good working attitude and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to work on six(6) working days, public holidays and weekends
  • Able to commence employment within short notice
