Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze we are looking for a passionate Front Desk Intern, who will provide engaging, sincere, personalized guest assistance which has always been the key element of our legendary service. The Front Desk Intern will be a service ambassador for our hotel and deliver only the best exceptional guest experience, ensuring our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist in check-in procedures using guest name whenever possible following all Four Seasons standards and accommodating guests’ needs whenever possible.
  • Handle all guest interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.
  • Support in coordinating room status updates with the Team, by notifying them of all group checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins and special requests.
  • Customise in-house guests reservations and update guests profiles using company software.
  • Assist with other Front Office tasks when needed.
  • Develop and present a project work to reinforce training.
