Description Primary Focus: Front Office Training Hotel and departmental orientations Train on Forbes standards (Front Office Specific) Train on various Front Office roles Skills focused on: Learning the position details of the front office roles (i.e. Front Desk Agent, Bellperson, Concierge, Assist.
