Description The Front Desk & Lane Support Associate plays a key role in creating a fun, welcoming, and efficient experience for all Cannon Bowl guests. This position is responsible for customer service at the front desk, lane assignment and operation, basic lane support, and light cleaning duties to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Requirements Essential Duties & Responsibilities Front Desk Operations Greet guests with friendly, professional customer service. Process payments for bowling, shoe rentals, and retail items. Assign lanes and operate the scoring and reservation systems. Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and answer incoming phone calls. Troubleshoot minor scoring issues and communicate mechanical problems to the mechanic or manager as needed. Lane Support Respond to basic lane calls (training provided), including stuck balls, simple jams, and deck-related issues. Report recurring or more complex machine issues to the mechanic for further inspection. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the lane and back-end areas. Facility Cleaning Perform light cleaning tasks such as sweeping, wiping down tables, emptying trash, and restroom checks. Assist with setup and cleanup during busy shifts, events, or parties. Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. Skills & Competencies Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn scoring systems and simple mechanical troubleshooting. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs. Extended periods of standing, walking, and bending. Ability to move between front desk, lane areas, and back-end machine areas safely (training provided).
