Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the first and last impression for our patients, your responsibilities include:

  • Patient Experience Management – Welcome patients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process
  • Phone & Lead Handling – Professionally answer calls, manage inquiries, and follow up with new patient leads
  • Scheduling Mastery – Coordinate appointments using our scheduling software to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Office Flow Oversight – Keep the day running on time by managing appointment transitions and maintaining structure
  • Payment Processing & Documentation – Handle financial transactions accurately and maintain organized records
  • Administrative Excellence – Maintain clear, up-to-date systems, documents, and communication for optimal office operations
