  • Learning how to lead a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands-on role model for your team, providing continuous feedback.

  • Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

  • An eagerness to learn and fine tune your leadership skills on a daily basis.
  • Ability to drive results by consistently meeting or exceeding sales and financial goals. We obsess over results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.
  • A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
  • Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.

We offer exceptional pay in exchange for great performance! Our base hourly pay is between $17-$20, but including commissions and bonuses, average ALL-IN pay often exceeds $25+ per hour. If you’re ready to achieve your full leadership potential, let’s talk.
