Mailroom Operations Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail by tenant in a timely manner Ensure accurate and secure handling of all mail and packages Maintain mailroom inventory and order supplies as needed Track deliveries and support mailroom-related projects Front Desk & Customer Service Serve as a point of contact for tenants, employees, and visitors Respond to inquiries and provide timely, professional assistance Deliver a positive customer experience with a client-first approach Administrative & Operational Support Maintain organized workspace and ensure efficient operations Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and security protocols Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of experience in customer service, office support, front desk, or mailroom operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Preferred Qualifications Experience in corporate office, mailroom, or facilities support environments Experience with shipping/logistics or package tracking systems Familiarity with workplace services or outsourced operations environments Opensity is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
