We are looking for a positive, professional Front Desk Manager to lead our team at the Courtyard by Marriott, Portsmouth, NH.
Daily activities of our Front Desk Manager will include tasks such as training and mentoring the team to ensure excellent customer service, anticipate and respond to guest questions and concerns, ensure appropriate staffing levels, manage inventory of department supplies, enable effective communication between front desk operations and other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage), etc.
A successful Front Desk Manager will have at least three years of front desk experience.
