About the location: Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina. The Role of Front Desk Manager: We currently have an exciting opportunity for the Front Desk Manager - Seasonal to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece! Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms you will play a key leadership role in both the pre-opening phase and future Front Office operations, ensuring the successful preparation and execution of all departmental standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class team at one of the most anticipated new openings in the region. As Front Desk Manager, you will be instrumental in building the Front Desk operation from the ground up. From recruiting and training a passionate team to implementing systems, procedures, and Four Seasons service standards. You will lead and oversee the Front Desk department to ensure seamless guest arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. You will manage a diverse team, coordinate with multiple departments, and create a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests. Our Ideal Front Desk Manager candidate will have: Minimum of 2 – 3 years of Front Office Management experience within Luxury Hospitality, pre- opening experience preferred. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver results under pressure. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills; a natural ability to engage and connect with guests. Deep knowledge of guest and industry service standards, Front Office operations, and hotel software systems. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, Greek language would be ideal. All Applicants must possess the legal right to work in Greece.
