JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of the business. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role, preferably as a Front Desk Manager or similar position.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in Vagaro software, including Canva and social media experience is required
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
