For seventeen years, RMA of Michigan has helped patients achieve their dream of becoming parents. Due to continued growth, we are opening a new location. This position will support both the new office and our Troy location. We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * Check in and check out patients * Collect over the counter payments * Verify insurance * Answer and route phone calls * Schedule patient appointments * Complete data entry * Provide general front office support QUALIFICATIONS * 3 or more years of medical office experience (required) * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * Prior EMR experience * Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills * Ability to stay calm under stress * High school diploma or equivalent (required) SCHEDULE * Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts * Start times may be as early as 5:30 a.m. * Rotating weekends and holidays PAY AND BENEFITS * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance * Paid time off and paid holidays * 401(k) with employer match * Flexible spending account WORK LOCATION * In person * Supports both the new location and the Troy office If you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role, we would love to hear from you.
