RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner during overnight shifts. * Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately, ensuring all information is up to date. * Perform nightly audit procedures, balancing and reconciling the day’s financial transactions. * Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk and audit activities. * Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations. * Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times. REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience in front desk or night audit roles preferred but not required. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * Basic knowledge of accounting or financial reconciliation is a plus. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. * Proficiency with computers and office software.
