Overview As a Front Desk Night Auditor, you are responsible for providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to each guest, as well as creating magic moments throughout the guest’s stay. You create memorable first impressions for our guests, providing information about the resort and local area, and offer a full range of hotel amenities and services to them. You are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests in accordance with our service values during the overnight shift. Responsibilities A Front Desk Night Auditor’s typical night includes the following: Advising guests of current activities so they can make the most of their stay Being compassionate towards guest concerns and working with other departments to correct issues that arise Allowing your fun-loving personality to be a saving grace to a guest who is having a bad day Meeting guests from various parts of the country and even the world Qualifications This job might be for you if: You like providing outstanding customer/guest service, meeting new people, as well as reconnecting with familiar guests who return year after year. You get a kick out of exceeding a person’s expectations. If you have previous experience providing excellent customer service, that’s even better! You enjoy the details.
