JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk during night shifts(11PM-7AM). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor that reflects the values of our establishment.
