  • Broadoaks British School is seeking a warm, professional, and organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff.
  • The ideal candidate will manage the front office with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for all who enter the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to parents, students, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, welcoming, and stocked with relevant school materials.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure school security and sign-in protocols are followed.
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, printing, and record keeping.
  • Manage appointment schedules and assist with meeting coordination.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and official school correspondence.
  • Provide general support to the admin team and other departments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum of an OND or equivalent; a Degree in Administration or related field is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a school or customer service/front office role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Calm and composed, especially in handling inquiries and managing busy front desk hours.
