Job Summary Catilas Resources Limited on behalf of our client, Currently searching for a Front Desk Officer. The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times. Key Responsibilities Receive and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails appropriately. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, parcels, and deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings. Provide administrative support, including filing, record keeping, and data entry. Handle inquiries and direct issues to the appropriate departments. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and directives. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Qualifications Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline. Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work under minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality. Location: Lagos Nigeria SALARY IS COMPETITIVE.
