Do you enjoy working with people, creating great customer experiences and being part of a busy, energetic environment?

Melodica is looking for Front Desk Officers to join our growing network of music and dance academies across the UAE.

This is much more than a reception role. As a Front Desk Officer, you'll be at the heart of the branch - welcoming students and parents, supporting teachers, managing lesson schedules and helping customers find the right music or dance programmes for them.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome students, parents and visitors and create a positive first impression
• Help new customers understand our music and dance programmes and convert enquiries into enrolments
• Manage lesson bookings, schedules, attendance and customer requests
• Build strong relationships with existing students and parents
• Support renewals and help keep students engaged with their lessons
• Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and find solutions quickly
• Work closely with teachers and branch colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintain accurate information within our systems and follow up with customers when required
• Contribute towards branch sales, service and customer experience targets

Who We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you are:

• Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers
• Naturally helpful and focused on providing excellent service
• Comfortable with sales, follow-up and working towards targets
• Organised and able to manage several priorities at once
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• A strong communicator with good spoken and written English
• Positive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, education, sales or front-of-house operations would be an advantage.
