Description

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals. Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization’s products or services. Schedule appointments for servicing and others.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with service inquiries, bookings, and quotations.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
  • Performance data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Coordinate service schedules and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer assistance skills.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel).
  • Prior experience in automotive or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Time Profile:
Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00)
Saturday (09:00 - 15:00)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,300.00 per month

Education:
