Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership, determining the purpose of their visit Record and register customer demographic information using the Smartpath system Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the proper department or staff member Process payments using internal systems Answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Receive and sort incoming mail and packages Monitor and manage the lobby’s guest traffic flow Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning Assist sales managers with administrative support Support the Accounting department with clerical tasks (tags and registrations) Assist the Inventory Manager with key room inventory Compensation and Benefits: This is an hourly based position $18/hr Health, dental, and vision insurance.
