Description Saucon Valley Country Club, a premier private club located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley, is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at the historic Weyhill Guest House. This beautiful and tranquil inn offers a unique guest experience on the grounds of one of America’s most prestigious country clubs. Hours: Overnight Shift 10:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Hourly Rate: $16 -$18 Seasonal Position: Starting from mid-April to November Position Overview: As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing warm hospitality and seamless service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: Practice TMS – “Total Member Satisfaction” in all interactions Respond promptly to guest needs or overnight requests Maintain a quiet and welcoming overnight environment Provide assistance to late-arriving guests Conduct a full property patrol every two hours Monitor common areas and outdoor spaces Identify and report any safety concerns, maintenance issues and guest services issues to management Set up buffet display for breakfast service Ensure breakfast area is clean, organized, and ready for guests Maintain detailed overnight communication notes Complete and email the daily communication report before the end of shift Complete additional projects assigned by management to improve the overall guest experience During quieter overnight hours, attendants ensure the Guest House remains immaculate and well organized: Clean and restock all common area bathrooms Restock the honor bar and update inventory sheets Collect and return glassware, plates, and utensils Empty trash and remove used items from common spaces Clean ashtrays and tidy outdoor patios Ensure linen storage areas remain organized Join our team and help create memorable experiences for our members and their guests in one of Pennsylvania’s most iconic country club settings. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Availability to work weekends, and holidays A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 50 pounds Climb stairs Work in varying environmental conditions Saucon Valley Country Club believes in a diverse workforce and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
