Who You Are: Friendly, bubbly, and quick to smile with contagious enthusiasm Naturally organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting A team player who enjoys working toward shared goals Confident speaking with patients and helping them stay on their care plans Great at meeting new people and making them feel comfortable right away Someone others rely on because you follow tasks through to completion Passionate about helping people improve their health and lives What You Will Do: Greet patients and create a welcoming first impression Answer phones and schedule new and existing patients Help keep patients engaged and compliant with their care plans Schedule and coordinate new patient appointments Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure an efficient, fun, and effective patient experience Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor’s treatment plan Collect patient charges and maintain accurate patient accounts Obtain, record, and update patient personal and financial information Verify patient benefits and insurance information Scan incoming insurance EOBs and assist with claims processing Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and community outreach Complete weekly patient reporting Maintain business office inventory Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Work with the team to keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed What You Need: Two-year degree or higher preferred, but not required Demonstrated experience in customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Hours: Monday 8:00am–6:30pm Tuesday 9:30am–6:30pm Wednesday 1:30pm–6:30pm Thursday 8:00am–6:30pm Friday 8:00am–12:00pm If you feel you would be a great fit for our energetic and patient-focused team, please apply!
