Description Institute of Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a Patient Coordinator/Scheduler to join our patient-focused team. This position will support both front desk registration and scheduling departments, playing a key role in delivering a seamless patient experience. This is a PRN (as-needed) position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. We are seeking someone who can start in a PRN capacity and has Monday–Friday availability to pick up a consistent number of shifts. We offer weekday daytime hours, along with weekend coverage as needed. This includes all customer and patient-facing responsibilities including welcoming, registering, and overall patient coordination, as well as phone correspondence, scheduling appointments, inventory, and medical record management. The upper levels of this series also include the training, supervision, and management of Business Office team members. The overall scope for this series is designed to ensure the management and resources are available to maintain a quality, high functioning, and customer friendly Outpatient Imaging Center. Requirements EDUCATION: To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
