JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in front desk or office management roles is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry is essential.
  • Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
