Central City Health Professionals is looking for an experienced receptionist / administrator to join our Perth CBD clinic. Our multi-disciplinary practice provides a range of services to our clients, which means our administration team needs to work across a variety of tasks while providing exceptional, caring, front-desk customer service.

Our candidate requirements:

  • Friendly, caring customer service
  • Reliability and flexibility with rostering (Monday to Friday, with some 7:45am starts and some 7pm finishes. Occasional Saturdays too)
  • Solid written and verbal communication
  • Organised, great at problem solving and has a high attention to detail
  • Self driven and motivated to find tasks or possible system improvements
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise your work load
  • Proficiency in a variety of computer systems
  • Previous experience working in a medical/allied health setting

  • Greeting and directing clients and visitors
  • Answering calls via different phone lines
  • Making appointments and amending bookings (Practice Management System – Cliniko)
  • Issuing invoices, processing payments and online claims via EFTPOS / HICAPS / Direct Debit / Cash
  • Scanning and data entry
  • Placing and processing stock orders, maintaining displays and stock levels
  • Supporting and assisting the clinicians as required
  • General cleaning of the practice
  • Other ad hoc admin tasks as required

Our practice is open between 7:45am and 7pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays 9am to 1pm. This position would suit someone who is available to work 4-5 weekdays as a minimum.

Pay: $32.33 – $33.96 per hour
