Description

We are seeking an experienced front desk reception/chairside assistant for our small but very busy denture clinic in Cornwall Ont. It’s a full time position and the ideal candidate must be professional, have a strong leadership skill and work well in a very fast-paced work environment.

Key duties are:

  • Handling the front desk duties, which includes patient care, insurance billing, answering calls and emails, and creating prescribed treatment plans with accuracy and professionalism
  • Work in collaboration with other dental professionals and offices to ensure seamless care is provided to patients.
  • Be the primary contact for resolving patient’s concerns
  • Monitor daily workflow and implement improvements where needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in dental and related fields
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills and professionalism
  • Experience in DomX, Denturist Software an Asset
