We are looking for a Receptionist on behalf our client in the Food Production Industry. If you are open in a short term assignment (1 month) opportunity, this role could be for you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Ability to work independently with sense of urgency
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
  • 2 year minimum of Front desk/ Reception and/or Administrative experience is considered an asset
Responsibilities
  • As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company.
  • Our Receptionist’s duties include Welcome guests and greet visitors, offer administrative support across the organization.
  • Coordinate front-desk activities, answering and redirecting phone calls, data entry, distributing correspondence, scheduling meetings, rearranging boardrooms, etc.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, etc.)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
