OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred.
  • Strong clerical experience with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.

  • Maintain appointment schedules through effective calendar management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy before distribution.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as typing reports, managing emails, and utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
