We’re seeking a poised and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Philadelphia showroom. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, detail-oriented environment and enjoys being at the heart of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain a tidy and secure front desk and reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and inventory coordination
  • Support sales staff with client communications and showroom logistics
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments with discretion and accuracy
  • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols in a high-value environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferably in luxury retail, jewelry, or wholesale)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and polished appearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory or CRM systems a plus
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
