POSITION SUMMARY:

The Front Desk at our properties is the first point of contact for both residents and guests. We request you have the skills to communicate in both a friendly and professional manner. Your primary role will be greeting owners/tenants and guests, answering phone calls, handling association inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent required
  • Amazing interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Willingness to maintain confidentiality
  • Time management skills
  • Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual is desirable

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Requires a minimum of (1) year’s in customer service in the hospitality industry or similar.
  • Excellent oral and written communication with interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and friendly phone manners required.
  • Is able work with a computer hardware/software is a must.
  • Have top of the line organizational skills and handle multitasks at once.

Responsibilities
  • Answer the phone at the front desk to respond to current and prospective guests’ owners/tenants needs
  • Greet guests and walk-ins with in a timely manner when they arrive at the front desk
  • Contact Residents to obtain approval for access
  • Receive and manage residents packages
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a computer system.
  • Performs tasks assigned by management. (Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening and problem-solving skills).
  • Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
  • Work holidays and weekends if needed
