  • Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with scheduling, ensuring that all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Provide support as a personal assistant to management when required, assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the front desk area, lobby and restrooms are tidy, welcoming, and stocked with necessary supplies.
