• We are looking for a professional and competent Salon Receptionist to join our salon. As a Salon Receptionist, you will be responsible to greet clients on their visit and offer them our services. You will also answer customers’ inquiries about salon services via telephone, email or face to face. You will be processing their payments and maintaining a record of the transactions in a cash register.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• -Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist
• -Experienced in POS systems ( Schedule or Shortcut )
• -Familiarity with processing transactions
• -Inventory process
• -Placing and receiving orders.
• Computer skills ( words and excel sheets)
• -Fluent in English
• -Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude.
• -Solid organization and record-keeping skills
• -An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
• -High School diploma
