Description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Person to join our team. As the first point of contact for participants, families, and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet participants, families, and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Manage participant sign-in and sign-out logs.
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support staff with daily paperwork and data entry.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

  • Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time position..
  • Competitive hourly pay, based on experience.
  • Benefits available after probationary period.
