Your Opportunity
Immediate Impact: Welcome patients as the friendly face and voice of our practice, ensuring each experience is seamless and pleasant.
Career Growth: Part-time, 90-day role with advancement potential—transition to full-time and training as an Ophthalmic Technician for the right candidate.
Flexible Schedule: ~25 hours/week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays), some flexibility required.
Responsibilities
Answer calls with courtesy and professionalism—fluent Spanish & English required.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using our electronic health records (EHR/EMR) system.
Greet and assist patients in person; ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk.
Accurately enter and manage patient information; check-in, documentation, and office correspondence.
Support both doctors (ophthalmologist and optometrist) and collaborate with the office team.
Uphold punctuality, organization, and best-in-class customer service.
What You Bring
Bilingual fluency (Spanish and English, required)
Excellent speaking skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.
Experience with EHR/EMR systems in a medical/eyecare setting preferred.
Dependable punctuality, attention to detail, confidentiality commitment.
Eagerness to learn, initiative, and adaptability for evolving office needs.
Availability for occasional additional shift coverage.
