Our receptionist is our primary ambassador of First Impressions and an important supporter of our mission. Attending the front desk of our beautiful new lobby from 8am to 5 pm Monday through Friday will ensure we provide the excellent customer service we're known for. We would love to fill this role with a mission driven person who exhibits desire and ability to be cross-trained, demonstrates flexibility, identifies opportunities for efficiencies, and seeks to increase organizational knowledge and professional capabilities. Requirements Performs front desk reception duties by providing guests a welcoming lobby experience, answering/transferring phone calls, responding to emails, handling mail, maintaining the front desk files and reception area. Maintains department calendars, invoices, spreadsheets and databases. Maintains inventory and distribution of collateral, program material, incentives and office supplies. Other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience A combination of education or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements. High school diploma At least one (1) year of previous administrative support in a professional office setting. MS Office
Responsibilities
The receptionist serves as the primary ambassador of first impressions, managing the front desk from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, to ensure excellent customer service. Duties include handling guest reception, phone calls, emails, mail, maintaining files, calendars, invoices, spreadsheets, databases, and managing office inventory.
