About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly communicative Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our visitors, partners, and team members, your role will be essential in creating a warm and organized front-office environment. If you are enthusiastic, approachable, and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails appropriately
  • Manage meeting room bookings and support event setups when needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, office supply management, and scheduling
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Assist HR and Office Management with daily tasks when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a naturally welcoming demeanor
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front-office role is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressur
