JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a comprehensive understanding of dental and medical terminology, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that our office runs smoothly while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients.

EXPERIENCE

  • Must have experience working at a dental office/clinic.
  • Proven experience in medical office management or a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Medicare processes and hospital environments is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computerized systems for managing patient records and scheduling (experience with dental software is a plus).
  • Strong skills in 10 key typing for efficient data entry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
