As an Art of Mobility Guest Experience Coordinator, we are seeking an individual with a high level of energy, empathy, and passion for helping others. You are one of the most vital parts of our team, so we need you to be a leader with great communication and collaboration skills! We are looking for someone who leaves a lasting impression with each of our clients when they walk through the door or when they call in, because you play a huge part in being part of their journey in reaching their health and fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the Art of Mobility System and deliver a “Red Carpet” customer experience
- Welcome, assist, and interact with patients the same way you would with a family member
- Responsible for scheduling patient appointments, invoicing, and collecting payments
- Meeting phone performance metrics such as answer rate and booking rate
- Source of information for patients such as location, services, and events
- Follow patient experience operations such as winback calls and confirmation calls
- Ensure the outside of the clinic is organized, clean, and unobstructed
- All areas of clinic is clean and organized
- Products are stocked and organized
- Laundry and garbage disposal is completed onsite whenever needed
- Give suggestions and improvements for operations to Guest Experience Manager
- Having a good time and creating some memorable memories with our family
