OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly desirable.
Days: Monday - Thursday
Hours: 10:00AM - 7:00PM

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an office setting, preferably as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience with dental or medical office procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Tracker.
  • Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading, and managing correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Assist with turning over operatories and sterilizing dental hygiene instruments to ensure sterility.
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
